New run training data

I’ve not made as much progress over the last year as I had hoped in my running. For that reason, I’m searching for some new training methods because what I’m doing isn’t as effective for me as I had hoped. Luckily for me, I came across this just yesterday. This is an article about a case study where subjects do 2 plyo sets per week for 6 weeks. At the end, the subjects who followed the plyo workouts saw an average of 4% improvement. I could definitely use that kind of improvement. So, I thought I’d give it a shot. Here’s the link to the article
